Charlies Nail Art Review

Let me hear you Scream!

Only joking lol. For me Halloween is a time for Trick and Treating and of course spooky nail art! So with this in mind it brings me nicely to my next review for Charlies Nail Art. I'm sure everyone will recognise these 3D decals..
The famous Scream Mask from the film. Now I will admit I really don't like horror films, yes I'm a wimp lol. But I did see parts of the Scream film.
So to my nails, for these decals which you get 2 for 49p, I painted my ring finger black and left glossy, my other nails I made a black to red gradient and matte top coated. Used topcoat to stick the decal to my ring finger, it layed flat and stuck well. I love how the white mask really stands out.
The transition from The gradient to pain black, and matte to glossy make this up there with one of my favourite mani's this year!

Moyou London

Stamping Plate Review

I'm so happy to be here with this stamping plate post. I've missed doing nail art, and this will be the first of 3 posts, each on a separate stamping plate from Moyou London. Today's plate is from their newest releases, the Trend Hunter Collection, and I have Trend Hunter 02.
So many pretty images perfect for making decals or stamping directly on your nails.
Each design is well etched and stamped perfect on paper.
So on closer inspection of this plate I decided to do 4 different mani's, each representing the four seasons of the year. Not only to show how lovely this plate is, but also how you can use it all year round.
First up is my Spring mani. I painted pastel colours and stamped with Moyou London White Knight.

Now my favourite month, Summer. For these I made reversed stamped decals, and applied to my nails with foil glue. I personally find this the easiest way to stick decals to my nails. Stamped using Moyou London Black Knight.

Again I made stamped decals for my Autumn mani. To make the leave show over my berry red base colour, once I'd filled them in with an Autumnal lead colour, I painted white polish. Using foil glue to attatch to my nails.

Finally Winter, or more a Christmasy look. With a glitter red base I stamped with a gold polish.

I love how versatile this plate is, and for each of my mani's I used Moyou London Marshmallow Stamper.
To round up I found this plate fun to use and both White and Black stamping polishes worked well.
Till my next plate review, stay safe and much love...

VB Line Gel Polishes

Cats Eye Magnetic Gel

Ok, so this is part 1 as there are 24 Cats Eye Magnetic Gel Polishes from VB Line and I've spilt into 2 posts, even though I have swatched them all, 24 polishes is too much to show in 1 post. You do need a special magnet for these gels, but you can still use other magnets too.

Right let's start...
CE160 Cat Eye Purple Dark
CE156 Cat Eye Purple Plum
CE151 Cat Eye Nice Green
CE136 Cat Eye Sea Green
CE010 Cat Eye Dark Blue
CE131 Cat Eye Dark Brown

CE083 Cat Eye Dark Brown
CE106 Cat Eye Dark Grey Green
CE105 Cat Eye Plum Purple

Some have a more noticeable magnetic shift than others, but still all beautiful shades and finishes. They could even be used without the cat eye magnet as they are truly stunning polishes. A perfect selection of colours for all year round. And I have to admit I love them all, to hard to choose a favourite.
You can find these on either Vbline.co.uk or
Vbline.com, not forgetting my discount code below.

The Edge Nails

Annika Nail Colour

Happy Monday guys. Hope you had a good weekend. Mine was a mix of family and relaxing, and also painting my nails with 3 new polishes I received to review from The Edge Nails. I have reviewed for them before, and was super impressed by the items I was sent. Then just recently I saw a post on Facebook, asking for bloggers to contact them with a chance to review some new polishes. I was lucky to be asked to test of some :)
The Edge Nails are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of professional nail care products in the UK.
I received 3 stunning colours from their Annika collection, which has 30 colours to choose from.
How pretty does this picture look, a rainbow of colours and something for everyone. The bottles are 11ml, and although they have a square lid, this does come off to show a smaller lid. This shade is called Wild Side. A stunning Orange creme.
The brushes are a nice size.
Swatched here with 2 coats and topcoat. It's absolutely stunning, so Summery and juicy looking.

This is Bella Ballerina,  a delicate and elegant sheer pink. Swatched here with 3 coats and topcoat.

Lastly is Romance. A perfect name for a stunning red. A completely beautiful creme with amazing coverage.

These polishes are of a great quality and apply really nicely. They have a shiny finish without topcoat, and a fairly quick drying time.
