Born Pretty Store

3D Coloured Rhinestones

Where are the months going? Too fast, if you ask me. I can remember like yesterday the day my granddaughter was born. Now she's starting nursery in September!! Oh and I hope you had a good weekend, mine was a nice chilled one for a change lol.
I love all things colourful and sparkly, go back a few years and I wouldn't be saying this! Now though I can't get enough.
Today I have this pot of 350 3D Coloured Rhinestones from Born Pretty Store.
They come in a rainbow of colours, measure roughly 3mm / 3.5mm and have a shaped base, so instead of laying flat on your nails, they lay at an angle. Because of this you can create more of a clean looking cluster, plus they fit well around other 3D items.
How did I wear them? Well on 3 nails I applied a small 3D rose, then added different coloured gems around the rose, on my ring finger I made a cluster of gems. All using a clear polish, and the stuck well. I think the shaped base helped this as you can place them closer together.

My base polish is Magic Rainbow silver holographic. I love this style of rhinestone plus the amount of different looks you can create is so varied.

IZ Beauty of London

Gel Effect Polish

Hello all! It's been ages since I posted on a Saturday, but sadly there are not enough days in the week and I just wanted to share with you some nail art I did with gel effect polishes from IZ Beauty of London.
Two very different looking creations, but both stunning, with one a bit girly and delicate.
With Competition White and Jet Black here's the first mani...
Making a gradient with Amethyst Angel, a pretty pink holographic gel effect, which blended so well to make a delicate ombre. Then to add some extra sparkle I also sponged on Invitation Only, a silver holo glitter topcoat.
.
I used 2 coats of Jet Black as my base for my next look. Applied some striping tape and painted over with another holo gel effect called Magenta Magic.
As you can see I added an accent nail.
Both holo and creme gel effect polishes worked so well together to make 2 very pretty looks indeed. If you've not tried these beauties I'd really recommend them.
Take a look at the IZ Beauty of London website as they not only sell polish, but hair and beauty items too. You can also find them on
FacebookInstagram and Twitter.

Moyou Nails Fashion

XL Stamping Plates

Almost the weekend and my daughter is both nervous and excited as she'll be finding out soon if she gets the subjects she wants to study for her GCSE exams. I really hopes she does as all her teachers wanted her in their classes!! Model and bright student, shame she's so stropy at home lol.
Anyway, back to today' today's review, and I have another brand new XL stamping plate from Moyou Nails Fashion.
From the Urban Collection Plate 4 is one of my favourite. A great mix of full nail and french tip designs, in some fun optical illusion images.
You can see my first impressions and how well this plate stamps on my video at the end of this post, but for now here are all the mani's I created using Urban 4, Clear stamper and Moyou Nails Fashion polishes.
Even the fine detail picked up and stamped perfectly.
I love this image, so many different sections that really gets you attention!

This is another fun image, and looks striking with a matte finish.

All in all I love every image on this plate, all well etched and stamp so well. If you've not tried Moyou Nails Fashion Stamping Plates or polishes, head on over to their website and take a look, not forgetting my discount code will get you 20% off your order.

Born Pretty Store

Dreamy Heaven Series

Well hello there. Life as we know it is all back to normal at last! The past 3 months have been both a struggle and worry, and I can't believe how quickly it went by.
So with normal routine resumed I'm here with the start of my next reviews for Born Pretty Store, and I'm starting with these 2 polishes from the Dreamy Heaven Series.
Sheer tint polishes that are perfect for leadlighting or if you want a delicate colour top coat. The red is DH01 Unfold Dreams and the purple is DH04 Ultra Volet.
You can see my first impressions on both colours and how I created this mani, plus how layering these polishes also builds the colour.
I used Born Pretty Store clear jelly stamper, black stamping polish and plate BP-132.

There are 4 colours in this collection, but the 2 I have are very pretty individually and together. 1 coat gives a soft tint of colour and so many ways you can use these to create a beautiful mani.
BABX31 is my 10% discount code and you can find Born Pretty Store over on Facebook,
Instagram and Twitter.

Nicole Diary

Rainbow Water Decals

Hey all, here we are, another day of the same routine, and good job I love water decals, as I have another set of rainbow ones from Nicole Diary. The third sheet from the collection of 4, these Decals are sea shell and nautical themed.
Sadly time was against me, and I only managed to do 2 different looks. The rainbow gradient shells are just so pretty. Like the previous ones I've tried, application was super easy and the final finish is very smooth.

For my second look, I have a blue and white nautical mani. Cutting these decals into smaller pieces for each nail, again the same easy smooth application and a striking look with a matte finish.

I have one more set of decals to try, and will do my best to use all 3 designs! You can find Nicole Diary on Amazon.comAliexpress,
Facebook and Instagram.

Beauty Big Bang

Transparent Water Decals

Hi and how was your weekend? Mine started good then went downhill really fast! On a happier note though hubby went back to work after almost 3 month off sick. We now have a diagnosis so things can be managed.
I love water decals, and my favourite are the transparent one, as you can have any base colour. Beauty Big Bang sell this pack of 24 sheets Black and White Decals. There is a nice mix of lace, floral and swirls.
They come packaged in a clear bag, item number J6372, and here's a quick look at them all.
For my mani's I've used a few sheets from these as the designs went so well together. I'll sow a more detailed photo of the water decals used.
First up we have the lace rose and full leaves, a perfect compliment, with my pink to white gradient, and leadlighted leaves.
These 3 lace florals are so pretty over a pink holographic polish, just look how well they go together!

Another 3 lace, but these all have a patterned edge. Here I've worn them over a blue and white gradient, showing you don't have to cover your whole nail.

Lastly, some rainbow fun! And these 2 designs were perfect. It's hard to tell once they are on your nails they are from 2 separate sheets.

All in all these decals are great quality and value. Extremely versatile and as you can see you can mix and match the designs. Easy to use and apply.
