New Year Nails

Madam Glam Dip Powder

Hello again for the last time in 2017! I don't normally post on a Sunday, but really wanted to share my New Year mani with you all and these new dipping powders I kindly received from Madam Glam. I have tried their regular polishes and gels so I knew the quality of these dipping powders would with great.
I was sent the base coat, activator and top coat as well as 4 cute pots of dip powders. For my New Year look I wanted something bling and Social Saturday is perfect. I love how the powders are named after the days of the week and such pretty colours too.
Application is the same as my previous dip powder posts, I will do an indepth video tutorial in January with another colour. But for now here's how Social Saturday looks with added pink rhinestones and bow gem. I fixed these on with the top coat for added strength.
Something simple yet very bling and just the look I was after to see in the New Year.

You can find and follow Madam Glam over on
FacebookInstagramTwitter and Google+.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you for all your love and support this past year, and I wish each of you and your families a very Happy New Year. See you all in 2018!!

Charlies Nail Art

New Year Fireworks

I'm so sorry for being absent for a few days, but with all the Christmas festivities and my cold returned worse than ever! So I took a few days off and now I'm back with my last Friday of 2017 review for Charlies Nail Art.
These Firework nail wraps are just perfect to see in the New Year and only cost 89p. Even for my nail length these were still a nice fit, as I painted a black base polish first. Didn't need too long it water to slide from the backing paper and enough slide to position into place. Press down to smooth over nails with tissue to soak up any excess water, and once dried clean up with acetone. Top coat to protect and done!

Such a colourful and detailed wrap, and Im so looking forward to seeing this years New Year firework displays from all around the world. Head on over to Charlies Nail Art website for their fantastic sale, sure to be bargains for everyone!
I truly hope you've like my reviews for 2017 and be sure to join my next year on a Friday to see more goodies from Charlies Nail Art!

Milvart

Water Decals

Hi guys, just a quick post today before more festivities begin! Hope you all had a great day yesterday, mine was very hetic with a house full of family and kittens lol but a good day.
I've another full nail water decals from Milvart.

N743 is a stunning colourful floral image with Chinese script and Buddha statue. Again a white base is needed to help the transparent colours really pop, and the curved cuticle area helps with perfect placement. I was debating on a matte finish, but the glossy topcoat looked perfect.

Another amazingly detailed full nail water decals that are so easy to apply and give a great looking mani that would be way to time consuming to try freehand!

Charlies Nail Art review

Candy Cane Nail Foil

Well this is it guys, not long to the big day! My daughter is super excited as is my granddaughter, I'm also feeling a lot better, still not 100% but much better than I did, so just the weekend to get through being as lazy as I can.....not!!
Almost done with my Christmas mani's but I have another using done nail foil from
Charlies Nail Art. This Candy Stripe Foil comes in a strip that measures 13cm x 4cm and is only 39p.
Not any plain striped foil, and this holo touch is perfect and not in your face that it takes away from the overall look of the foil.
For an alternative look I used this foil over a black base polish. When completely dry I applied a smooth thin layer of foil glue. Once this was dry I applied the foil to each nail. It adhered really well, and looks so pretty.

I finished with a coat of water based polish to stop the foil from crinkling. There was enough foil left to do another mani, making it a great quality item to have. For this and other items, check out Charlies Nail Art website and use my discount code to receive 15% off your order.
FacebookInstagram and Twitter are the best places to also check out Charlies Nail Art.
Have yourselves a great Christmas.

IZ Beauty of London

Capture the Moment

Hope you are all well, I'll get straight into this post as I have 4 gel effect polishes from IZ beauty of London to share with you all. These polishes are very pigmented and have an awesome glossy finish with a nice quickish drying time. The four I have are from a collection called Capture the Moment and can be purchased individually for £6.00 each or in a gift set for £20.00 for them all.
Believe in Your Selfie is a dark peach shade. A nice application with the large brush, self leveling and could be a one coater, I have done 2 coats and topcoat.

Snapshot is a milk chocolate Brown with a hint of purple making this a very unique colour. Swatched with 2 coats and topcoat.

Get Focased is a deep blue grey and such a gorgeous shade,

Don't Be Negative is a very deep purple with grey undertones. For this swatch I didn't use a topcoat, so you can see the natural glossy finish these gel effects have!

IZ Beauty of London gel effect polishes are truly stunning and a breeze to apply.  Each l bottle is 6ml and decorated with the 'IZ' logo on a corner of the square bottle. You can find, follow and like IZ Beauty of London over on

Nicole Diary

Square Stamping Plate

Well hello again. Today I'm having a lazy one, my daughter finishes school for the holidays soon and going out with her friends, so I'm gonna play with the kittens for a while the snuggle on the sofa and watch Christmas films!
The next square stamping plate from Nicole Diary is very pretty indeed.
ND 106 is a floral plate with 6 nicely sized designs. Perfect for Spring and summer and my 2 mani's are just right to brighten up the gloomy weather!
I used the full rose image and made a rainbow gradient stamped look over a white base and finished with a holo topcoat.
Another holo finish but this time also matte, and this almost tropical image is perfect for my rainbow gradient base.
I really love stamping plates like this and wanted to do so many more looks, but time wasn't on my side!
Just a few more square plates left to review from this collection that are sold in a bundle over on Amazon.com and Aliexpress, plus you can also find Nicole Diary over on Facebook
and Instagram.

Moyou Nails Fashion

XL Stamping Plates

Last day of  school tomorrow and a half day at that! I'm so glad I'll be able to stay in bed a bit longer, might help me feel better quicker.
So my last XL rectangular stamping plate from
This plate is jam packed of smaller stamping images from horses to owls, glasses, top hats and moustaches and some pretty origami designs.
The detail in every image is so minute and they each pick up and stamp beautifully.
My 3 different looks are so different, but I wish I felt well enough so be a bit more creative, so my apologies.
I stamped each of the owls many times in black over a taupe brown base.
A simple monochrome origami look.
Finally I wanted to try a Christmas inspired look and the kissing lips just made me think of mistletoe! So I attempted some freehand and added the lips, some red bows and the 'kiss me' is from Moyou Nails square plate Glam 413.
I hope you've enjoyed my posts on these newer stamping plates, and there are plenty more designs to see over on Moyou Nails Fashion website.
You can also find them on FacebookTwitter
and Instagram.

Beauty Big Bang

Holo Chameleon Pigment

Well a week to go and 3 more days of school. I'm still not feeling 100% and really hope by the end of this week I do! All my children are home for Christmas and I can't wait to see my granddaughters face when she sees Santa has been to Nannys house 😊
Anyway back to my review on this gorgeous Holo Chameleon Pigment from Beauty Big Bang. There are 12 shades to choose from, I have shade 10, you get 2g of pigment in a pot with a sponge tip applicator. It may not seem like a lot of product, but a little really does go a long way.

This one is a stunning colour with a beautiful shift from a burgundy purple to olive green. I applied over regular nail polish and my tacky base coat. A water based topcoat to protect and keep the amazing finish.

I added some simple white Christmas stamping.
So easy to apply and a perfect result even with regular polish. You can find Beauty Big Bang over on FacebookInstagramTwitter
and Google+ plus don't forget to use my discount code TRAB10.

Charlies Nail Art review

Reindeer Jumper Nails

Friday at last, and I'm so looking forward to the weekend. My last lazy one before the big day! I'm sure you are all aware the Friday is my Charlies Nail Art review day, and the stunning amount of different nail art items they stock is amazing, definately something for everyone, with fast delivery and fantastic customer service and great prices.
Today I have 2 Gold reindeer diamante charms that are only 59p and measure 7mm x 10mm.
You can wear one or both of these charms, they also have a slightly curved back so they fit snuggly on your nails, and you can create many looks too. For mine I went with a Christmas jumper look, and stamped a plain design in white over red nails and a green accent nail. Then with topcoat I stuck these charms, one each over a red and green nail.

I really like how they give a 3D look to these jumper inspired nails. They adhered well with just topcoat and made a plain mani come alive and perfect for the cold festive season.
Please use my discount code BNM15 to receive 15% off your order, and see here for all delivery info for UK and Worldwide.
And don't forget to check out Charlies Nail Art over on FacebookInstagram and Twitter.
