Full Nail Water Decals

Hi guys, start of a new week and time to show you another 2 full nail water decals from Milvart. I'm only got 2 more designs to try from the selection I was sent. And I can honestly say these decals are awesome!

J151p is a very lovely pastel floral and gold foil swirl decal. I really like how the images are not all the same, so each nail don't entirely match but still absolutely stunning. Top coated it reminded me of fine China.
N298 is simply a beautiful colourful mosaic decal. The colours are so vibrant and needs a white base to make them pop.

Love nail looks like this! But from these 2 lots of water decals, it's hard to pick a favourite. As both equally gorgeous but totally different.
If you've not tried water decals before, you'll love these. These easiest and best decals I've tried.
You can find Milvart on Facebook and
Instagram, and I'll have the next and last 2 water decals to show you very soon.
Stay safe and much love...

Charlies Nail Art Review

All Aboard!

Friday at last! This week has really dragged for me, but at least I've caught up with my reviews. Which brings me nicely to today's from Charlies Nail Art.
Today I have some super cute metal sliced decals in the shape of a Ship's Anchor. For 75p you get 25 decals that measure 7mm x 6mm, and are bronze on one side and black on the other.
How cute do these look, and a nice size decal too. I made 2 different but similar looks with these,  and both the bronze and black colours look so lovely.

Both sides of these decals are equally beautiful and have great detail. Easy to apply with topcoat or nail glue, and these can even be worn with gel polish or even encapsulated in clear acrylic.

Have a great day and as always safe and much love...

Born Pretty Store

Stamping

Oh why oh why aren't there more hours in a day!! Right now I could do with some as just one day off as I one day off to deal with family business has really put me behind with reviews.
Anyways I'm here with another rectangular stamping plate from Born Pretty Store.
BP L053 has some awesome Mandela images.
With a great mix of square and full nail designs I was so excited to use this plate!
I did 3 different mani's each totally different. First off I started with my nails painted black. To this I applied a water based polish. Mine is white but dries clear.
I stamped with black polish...
Then using Born Pretty Store Chrome Pigment 1, carefully buffed over my nails.
I've seen this done with gel polish and wanted to see if would work with regular polish. And it does :)
Such a unique look showing the delicate stamping. Next up is one of my favourite colour choices, blue and white.
Stamping directly on to my nails, this image is so pretty. Lastly I made reversed stamped decals, and stuck to my nails with foil glue.
Just shows how versatile this plate is and each image is etched and stamps perfectly.
I think from my 3 mani's the first is my favourite. Which is yours?

Moyou Nails Fashion

Square Stamping Plates

Hey all, sorry I've been a bit absent. But with my birthday weekend and an idea I'm working on, there hasn't been enough hours in the day!!
So just a quick post today on this square stamping plate from Moyou Nails Fashion.
Vintage 487 is a pretty foliage plate with a mix of leaves and flowers. Some of the images are double printed, but etched well and stamps perfectly.
My monochrome french tip mani looks so classy, and the added silver rhinestones completes the look.

You can find Moyou Nails Fashion on
Go have a look as they have some really lovely new plates and collections.

Happy Birthday To Me!

Birthday Bling

So how are you all? I'm good and was up early, not because its my birthday, but so I could do all my usual chores, plus look after these 2 cuties. They are 3 weeks old now.
I started the base yesterday, but was unsure it would be suitable for the gems I wanted to add, so I removed it but got a pic first.. .
So starting again this morning, I applied 2 coats of Models Own Polish For Tans Island Hop.

Such a gorgeous pink, to which I applied a water based polish as I was using Born Pretty Store Chrome Pigment number 3. Although it's not a perfect chrome finish like with gel polish, you can still use chrome pigments with regular nail polish. The one I use is from VB Kids peelable polishes number 13.
To protect the chrome, I add another coat of the water based polish, then my usual top coat.
With resin, I blinged up my nails with different size gems from eBay.
Each nail has a different look, but totally awesome, something I wouldn't have been able to wear a few years ago, but absolutely love it now!

Just love the whole combination of this mani. The completed look came together so well, and just rocks.
A perfect mani for today :)
That's all for today, have a great weekend and as always safe and much love...

Charlies Nail Art Review

Metallic Nail Foil

How you all doing? Good I hope. I've had a nice week off and looking forward to doing absolutely nothing tomorrow, but my nails for my birthday :)
Anyway back to today's review for Charlies Nail Art, and it's been a while since I've used nail foils. This foil is super pretty and in the sun looks amazing.
This Metallic Houndstooth foil is on a silver backing, that has an awesome holo rainbow when light hits it. The strip measures 13mm
x 4mm and is only 39p.

Amazing right? So with full nail foil coverage you normally paint your nails the same or similar colour. For my base polish I used Mezmris Spaceman. When this was completely dry, I applied foil glue and waited about 5 minutes before placing the foil over my nails, working on one nail at a time. Rubbed into my nail with a clean dry lint free wipe, then quickly removed.

A stunning foil, and the silver base helps hide were parts of the foil don't stick properly. I top coated with a water proof topcoat first, then my fast dry topcoat as this helps to stop the foil from crinkling and cracking.

Full Nail Water Decals

As it's been a busy week I've only managed to wear another 2 beautiful and different full nail water decals from Milvart. But as these decals are super special I don't mind as it means I've got to wear them for a bit longer!
Both of today's water decals are floral with gold foil.
F98 is completely made with gold foil, and a very pretty open floral design meaning you can pair these with any colour base that compliments a gold colour. I went for the obvious...black, with a gold accent nail and black rhinestones. They look so striking :)

J74 is really special. Pretty Pink blossom and gold foil swirls. A white base is needed for these as although they look opaque, They are slightly see through and needs the like coloured base to make them come to life. These decals only need a few seconds in water and slide easily off the backing. Here's is after placement..
Clean up is easy with acetone and a clean up brush. Look how they shine without a topcoat.
And with topcoat they are incredibly gorgeous. I may have said this before, but these are one of my favourites.

So quick and easy to use and a great way to get a very stunning mani, that's sure to get your nails noticed.
You can keep up to date with Milvart on
Facebook and Instagram.
I have 4 more left to show you, which I will split into another 2 reviews over the next few weeks.
Till then, stay safe and much love...
