Born Pretty Store

Holo Chameleon Pigment

Hello again it's only me! How I'm managing to get anything done with three 4 week old bundles of fluff who can now climb out of their box and cause mischief, I don't know!
You can check out my video below to see how well these 2 Holographic Chameleon Pigments from Born Pretty Store apply over regular polish, and what I use for perfect application. The 2 have are LG04 and LG10.
LG04 is a blue to purple pigment.
LG10 is a deep red to green pigment.
My black base was completely dry before I applied my tacky polish. I applied the pigments in a light dabbling motion them gently burnished into the polish with my finger. A water based topcoat so not to ruin the finish of these pigments.
And just look at the shift ♡
Under artificial lighting to show the holo hill in these.

Then I wanted to try something I saw Ten Little Canvases do with gel polish, so I wasn't sure if it would work.
I mixed a tiny bit of the pigment with some clear polish then over wet polish I dotting on pigment mix to create a dotticure look.

Stay safe and much love.....

  1. What brands have a water based top coat? These kept their mirror shine nicely!
