Moyou Nails Review

Summer Refreshment Collection

The lovely people at Moyou Nails kindly sent me their new neon stamping polish to review along with a retangular stamper. This polish has been inspired by Summer Cocktails. So grab yourself a cuppa, sit back and relax.

This stamper isn't squishy and as my nails are curved I wasn't sure how it would stamp on them. I tried with Pineapple Paradise over black polish which you will see later in this post. I had to use a rolling motion over my nails and it stamped ok. I also made a decal on this stamper, using Moyou Nails 301 plate and black polish, filled in with these 4 polishes. Top coated, peeled off when dry and stuck to a white nail painted with foil glue. I find decals stick easier and better using glue than a clear polish.

I have stamped these 4 polishes over black and white polish and top coated.
First up in this Summer Refreshment Collection is Peachy Passion.

A beautiful neon orange, that shows up over the black, though the neon is toned down. But over white looks awesome.
Strawberry Surprise is next.

Such a pretty coral pink colour. Muted over black and depending on the stamped image showed up well. Super pretty over white.
Pineapple Paradise.

What a lush yellow! Looked lime green over black and again depending on the stamped image, but was still visible. Over white this colour really popped.
Minty Mojito.

A very pretty Neon green that didn't change colour over black, just muted the neon. Again it popped over white.
I think it was obvious the white base would fetch these polishes to life, but also nice that the showed up over a darker base even if the colour was toned down a touch. One idea is to double stamp, white first then the neon over the top.

Overall I love all 4 polishes, for their colours and how well they stamp. The stamper is ok, and would be great for those with less curvy nails, even though I was able to stamp with it, but great for making decals. The images stamped are from Moyou Nails plates.
You can find Moyou Nails on FacebookInstagram and Twitter.
Thank you for stopping by and until next time stay safe and much love...

  4. Great review. I would expect the colours to be amazing over black as well as they are meant to be specifically for stamping. Also I prefer a squishy stamper. It changed my life!
