MUA New Polish

MUA Spring Break Collection

Hello all on this beautiful sunny day here in the UK at last!! I thought it would be just perfect to swatch the new-ish polishes from the Spring Break Collection from MUA. 3 very pretty pastel polishes, that I have been hunting down for ages, and at last I found them!
I will get straight on with this post as it is photo heavy...

So we have from left to right, Spearmint, Posy and Lavender, and first up I swatched Spearmint.
Doesn't look overly green in the bottle, as the name would suggest. Too get a smooth finish from polish I have started to apply a matte topcoat over my base coat, then apply the polish.
Spearmint was a sheer polish and took 3 coats to get full coverage. No topcoat.

Next up is Lavender, this look almost a light grey in the bottle, and only took two coats for full coverage, again with no topcoat. It was so hard to capture the true colour of this polish, even on this sunny day!

Lastly we have Posy, such a pretty pink polish. Again this one took Three coats for full coverage, pictured with no topcoat.

Each of these are so pretty, nice to apply and a nice quick to touch drying time. As MUA were one of the first polishes I ever bought when I stopped biting my nails and started growing them I have every £1 polish they have!! So I wanted to do a comparison with some of the other £1 polishes.

On the Left is Spearmint and Pistachio Ice Cream on the right.

On the left is Lavender and Lush Lilac on the right.

On the left is Posy and Natural Days on the right.

You can see that Lavender and Posy are close in colour to Lush Lilac and Natural Days, but not totally. I'm glad I did this for my own benefit.
These polishes for the price are great for £1 each, you can see them all here.
These were purchased by me for this post.
Thanks for stopping by, and till next time stay safe and much love..
