One Stroke Flowers

Tropical Flowers

Happy Saturday everyone :) I will quickly explain that at the moment we are having problems with our internet connection, and are now changing provider as our current one is doing nothing to help us. So with an intermittent signal I will try my best to keep blogging, even if it takes me all day!! So lets get back to this weekends mani... Tropical One Stroke Flowers. I have been practising my one stroke more just lately, but mainly using my non dominant hand. So to start this nail art I painted my nails with one coat of Jess French White. The Jess polish from Poundland has an awesome coverage with one coat, and for £1 you really can't go wrong.

Then my favourite Jess polish Playmate, one awesome 'in your face' neon pink.

You can see what I mean about the one coat coverage, and an 'in your face neon!' But I also wanted a shimmer for the tropical flowers. So I used Jesse's Girl Fire Fly.

Then with some acrylic paint and different fine detail nail art brushes I started to create my own tropical looking flowers. And here's how they look when just finished with no topcoat.

I knew adding the topcoat would not only smooth the acrylic paint, but make the colours and flowers pop with the neon pink base colour :)

Now for my left hand! I actually found it easy to paint, so all my practise has helped, and I'm really happy with how they came out too :)

Love these and will continue to practise one stroke as I think it looks so pretty on nails. What do you think, I'd really love to hear your thoughts on my Tropical Flowers.
Have a great weekend, stay safe and much love...
